Hello Everyone Here are a few tidbits of information that you all should know. Some of you newer school and club owners may not know within the region. 

 To earn a regional tournament you have to have students competing at regional tournaments. One Point is awarded for each competition. You also earn 10 points for sending your judges list in no later than Wednesday before for B tournaments and No later than Tuesday before A tournaments. Many of you lost point this last season because you did not send in your judges list. Even if you are the only judge on it. Send in your list on time. there is a XL spread sheet for the list. Master Kikoen, has it, Information needed Judges Name, age, rank,judging level, competing, Tiny Tiger judge. Send the information to Sr Master Shoup or Master Kikoen.       

School and club owners meeting are scheduled for the regional spring tournament and the Fall tournaments. However they occasionally schedule them on short notice when there have been impacting  changes  from HQ. If you are not able to make the meeting you should have someone represent your vote on certain subjects or take notes.

Unlike other region we do tend to vote on changes to polices. An as a state we miss out a lot due to absents of school and club owners.
