What is the proper way to setup users who belong to more then one OU.

what should be done about passwords logins script etc

It is best not to create more than one user even if the user belongs to
more than one ou. Create groups at a higher level and then map drives
using groups. Creating more than one user that belongs to more than one
ou defeats the object of NDS.
