Apparently there are some issues with Direcway's satellite internet service.
Some of the problems seem to involve customer service and billing as well as
internet connection issues. If you go to
https://www.lawyersandsettlements.com/case/direcway_satellite there is more
information on this as what can be done about it. There is also a free case
evaluation provided for those who may had such problems. I thought this may
be of interest and hope that it might be of some help.
