IT Jobs and Sponsorship in Austria

Hi everyone

I am a 3rd year Student at UMIST University, Manchester, United
Kingdom and am about to finish a BSc degree in computational
linguistics. I am currently engaged to an Austrian who has another 12
months to go on her course. After those 12 months we hope to move to
NÖ (Baden bei Wien) and would be interested in an IT job in the
NÖ/Wien area. However, in the interceding 12 months I am hoping to do
a postgraduate degree in Business and Information Management.

In GB we can sometimes get a firm to sponsor us for the 12 months (ie
a firm gives us some money to help us study for those 12 months and we
then agree to work for the firm for a certain length of time). I know
that this is quite unusual in Austria, but I would like to try anyway.
If anyone has any tips on how to do this or can suggest any companies
who might be interested I would be v. grateful
