Customfield not shown on RT4.0.X/AT3.0.0

Hi,

I am having trouble after updating from AT2.0.0->3.0.0.

OK:
   Customfields applied "globally" to all assets are shown and modifiable on assets summary page

NG:
   Customfields applied to "each" assets are not shown and modifiable on assets summary page

both seems OK on AT2.0.0,so User/Group Rights setting is't problem.


Environment:

AT3.0.0
RT4.0.6/RT4.0.18
perl 5.16.2
