Hi,
my few ideas.
I have checked out Asset 1.0 for RT 4.2 and I’m not happy with it, main functions are not available yet. Compared to AT it is still a very, very first ALPHA and far away from something useable. OK we have to push AT to be ready for RT 4.2.

Betreff: Re: Anyone switching to the new RT Assets plugin?
I am interested in this topic also. It would have been nice if BestPractical had provided a migration path but I guess the clients who paid for this didn't have that requirement. I imagine that an export from AT could be massaged into an import file for Assets, but what about all the old artifacts in the database -- is there a way to cleanly uninstall AT?
On the other hand if AT works in 4.2 (we are still on 4.0.17) and the community will continue to support it, then i don't have any particular need to switch.

Just wondering what your impressions are.
Seems like a great idea!
I'm considering switching but need to convert my old assets to new assets. Haven't figured out yet how to do that.
Anyone any ideas?
