The Asset Tracker code has been pretty stable for a few months now, so I'm going to go ahead and make some release candidates.

For RT 3.8, use AT 2.0.0rc1

For RT 4.0, use AT 3.0.0rc1

I have not done any testing with RT 4.2 yet.
