New command available: "R1" - get your top reply

Have you ever wanted to retrieve your most recent @ reply? With "At
Me" App, you'd normally have to first "Refresh" the list, then choose
"1" for the top reply. That's a couple of steps and can take some
time.
We've made it more easy to grab your top reply, without even knowing
what it is. Just submit "R1" (which stands for "Refresh 1"), and you
will be returned the actual tweet message of your latest @ reply.
Behind the scenes, "At Me" App first refreshes your replies by
obtaining the very latest, then sends you the most recent one, saving
you a step.
