"Commands" menu now in use

to "At Me" App
As "At Me" App grows, there will be more commands added. To help
reduce the clutter, we've added a "Commands" option, which can be
requested by submitting "C". You'll notice this option is stapled to
every "At Me" App results page, rather than the old "Next," "Refresh,"
etc.
We think this cleans things up a bit, and allows us to promote more
options in the future while saving valuable space.
