Error EC0028

If you're submitting to the "atme" service and receiving an error,
something like:
"Error EC0028: Operation timed out with 0 out of -1 bytes"
Please note that's a server issue, not a scripting problem. I am using
Dreamhost and connectivity has been bad lately. Dreamhost seems OK for
personal blogs and such, but for services that need strong uptime, I
would not recommend them. Too many outages and flakiness.
If you do get the error, if you wait like 10 minutes, it may work
again. I've noticed my services have been up and down constantly.
In the mean-time, I am looking for a more reliable web host...
