i think and iam thinking since the stomach muscles we cant directly
contract nor relase,
since those muscles are indirectly attached to the ribcage and the
thoracic back.
i think if we allow the false and floating ribs with breaht then the
thoratic cavity increases , so that
the stomach muscles comes in good mechanical advantage position if we
maintain the pelvis
not back and down.
my experimentation failed many times.
please post some good and useful tips for the stomach protution.
