Installing Ubuntu on your ASUS N56. Does it work well? how-to configure the fn-? buttons? does Ubuntu manage battery life as well as Win7 Premium that come pre-installed?

For starters, I quick google on this topic reveals that Ubuntu is supported but with some trouble, I haven't tried installing Ubuntu, so this is just theory :)
