Can you pls distribute this flyer into your friends? This is an annual event for Intel Chinese Org and all food/drink is for free. Just come, eat, drink and chat with more senior guys here. It’ll be fun!

Dear ACAHA, ACI and ICEN members:

 

Happy Chinese New Year !!!

This is a heads-up for the event ACAHA, ACI and ICEN will jointly hold to celebrate the Chinese New Year on Feb 7th. I will send another email to include all the members in the mail list.

 

When:                 Feb 12th (Sunday), 11:00am -3:00pm

Where:           McDowell Mountain Corporate Pavili– Tumbleweed Park (2250 South McQueen Road, Chandler, AZ, 85224)

What to do:      BBQ, cards, balls, or any other fun stuff you can bring and share

Safety:                Stay Safe. No alcoholic drink. Event organizers have no responsibilities for any accidents. Please take care of yourself, your family and kids. Make sure kids stay  

              away from deep water and hot BBQ grill and are always in your sight, etc…

 

For people who will attend, please provide the number of ppl (including ppl you forward this email to) so we can prepare accordingly and ensure enough food. Please understand that all the work is by volunteers and your understanding of any inconvenience in the event is greatly appreciated. The distribution list is from previous email exchange, feel free to forward if your friends are not on the list. But do let me know the number of attendees.

 

Help needed: We need some volunteers for shopping and food storage on Feb 11^th. And for BBQ on Feb 12^th  as well.
