Project #5, question about the maximum file size

Hello Professor,

The details of project 5 says that the maximum file size is 1 MB (apporx), server enforces this. 

So, do we need to check the file size before sending it (maybe don't send the file which is larger than 1 MB)? 

Or, we don't care about the size of the file before sending it and let the server reject the sending when we reach the size limit?

Thanks for your reply. I think both of the ways I mentioned in the first post can work. So, I won't lose points for choosing either of them?
