Is there ny specification on the number of clients that we should use in the test program? Is it enough if we have just one sever and multiple clients to demonstrate the send and recieve in the test code?

There is nothing specified, but you are asked to test.

You can choose to use 1 client and 1 server. Someone who chooses to use 3 clients and 2 servers may get more points. SOmeone who chooses 400 clients and 200 servers --- well that may not be readable (at the output level).

Decisions on unspecified stuff are important.
