Project #5 questions about the rejected tasks

Hello Professor,

I have two questions about the rejected tasks (the 4th, 5th... tasks).

1. The program is run as "%  ./a.out 5 f1 f2 f3 f4 f5". Do we reject the f4 and f5 before creating the 4th and 5th tasks(client threads)? 

2. Do we need to redo the rejected tasks when the server is available?

1. The creator does not know server policy, server rejects the transfers unless if 1 or 2 or 3 has been completed before 4 starts.
