Project 3 Part 2 Submission Format

Could someone please elaborate on the submission for part 2 of project 3?

It says: "Submit: Provide one/two line printouts of the input and output routines you used for each program. Also state what you observed."

I am not sure what it exactly means by a one/two line printout of the input and output routine. Thanks in advance!

Your report should contain the code used for reading/writing. Just enough code to determine how you are doing the I/O.
