Hi Sanjay,

No Interest is payable on the advance amount if we cancel the flat from our side. Most of the builders give such a condition in their allotment letter. In fact, if you happen to see the allotment letter or agreement to sale of any DLF property you will stop buying flats from these people. It is outright ONE SIDED !! :-).. But I don't think there is any need to worry !!

Also, I have started a googlegroup named "asttoriaone...@googlegroups.com"

I have sent you an invite for the same. 

btw - At which price did you buy ? which floor ? floor rise etc ?

Possession date has not been decided but it will take atleast 3-4 years.

Construction has not yet started.
