I just talked with Priyanka in Bhavin's office. IOD has been received for the tenant`s building. They are getting the redevelopment agreement signed by tenants. They cite LS elections as the reason for delay otherwise as per them CC should have been received till now as per their original plan.

As per the new plan, CC should be in hand within a month and vacation might take another 45 days so they should be able to start the construction somewhere around May-end or June-mid.
