Last i heard was IOD and CC dates are pushed out and work won't begin before May-June next year... Any one has heard any better estimates than that ?

Hii guys,I had asked various questions regarding "asttoria one" in a show called the property show on ndtv. They called me today and cleared all my queries told me that this is a gud project and Saaga is a reputed builder with expertise in handling redevelopment projects also told me that presently the PSF rate is 8730 with completion date is 2017 and advised me to remain invested in the project

Guys,

Did anyone of you go through a broker ? and if yes, did your broker get paid their 1% commission when you paid your advance ?

In my case my broker was promised a check for 1% which first they delayed for 4-5 months and finally they gave him the check but he notified me that the check bounced!

Saaga told my broker that their bank account was freezed due to some issue with registration but my broker said that he got the message that the account has insufficient funds! I am really shocked at this and am really worried that such a big builder collecting so much cash from all of us had a check bounced with just 1% brokerage fees.

Would like to know if any one else has a similar situation...

Hi,this is really a alarming situation. I had booked without a broker and directly approached Saaga.I paid around 22 lacks with service tax. How much paid by u all?should we all meet and go to Saaga's office?

I have paid 40 lacs in advance for 3bhk flat on 14th floor including service tax and including 5 lacs for parking. It was 25 pct of flat value plus 5 lacs for parking. 

Sanjay - did they ask for 25 pct in advance from you ?
