I am working with Saaga on the final terms and specific flat assignment. If you wish, I can revert back to you once I have the information. Any specific pointers or things to look for in my dealings with Saaga would be appreciated.

Great to hear from you Nikunj.

So far their dealing has been professional and consistent (as conveyed by other members also). Only thing is that they are a bit delayed in terms of their approvals from BMC. Check with them about the same and defer some advance payment (if possible) till the time they get approvals to start the work. However they can counter your argument with the fact that they will increase the price once the approvals are in place... :-) but do give it a shot !!

What is the price they are asking for parking ?

If you dont mind sharing, can I know what floor are you on and what was the total rate you paid? I will absolutely not disclose this information to the builder but need a ball park. To your previous question, I have been quoted 7L for parking.
