Ok, that's good to know that they are being consistent and professional. They had told me that parking would be increased to 7.5 to 8 lacs soon.. So heads up.

It's good to know a future neighbor already even though we will be 6 floors apart :)

Were you able to get in touch with Sanjay from the same blog ? As I valve liver you and Sanjay had starting talking about Astoria on that blog as buyers..

I booked a 3BHK on the 20th floor in Oct/Nov, 2012 @8100/- per sqft (they increased the price later by 360/- per sqft) and paid 25% up front but haven't paid anything as yet for the parking although they demanded for it.

Hi Anurag,

Its good to hear from you! and thanks for sharing your perspective.

I booked a 3BHK in May 2013 on the 14th floor at Rs. 8460/Sq ft and paid 25% cash up front + 5 lacs for parking.
How about you ? I would like to know whether the Saaga is consistently pricing between buyers.

I understand that no project gets done on time, even 10-15 floors one are typically late by 6+ months. So 55 floors one could easily be late by 1-2 yrs...

Thanks,
Bhavik

Bhavik,

I agree and share your concern as I am on the same boat but in general the approvals from BMC are getting delayed for most of the builders. I have heard even some big names getting approvals in around 2 years so we will have to wait and watch.

But just to give you some figures (if that helps :-)) -- normal rates around Borivali east are hovering around 10-11k per sqft even for grade 2 builders with grade1 builders quoting even higher rates. So the only thing I would suggest to wait for some more time. ..

Anurag

Hi Anurag,

I have invested in Astoria Borivali East and I saw your blog post on
http://www.indianrealestateforum.com/real-estate-mumbai/t-best-buy-kandivali-borivali-area-7801-page3.html

I believe you are an Astoria buyer as well so would like to connect with you to see what builder has told you about IOD and CC timelines.

The builder had told me CC by Dec 2013 but since IOD is still not there yet, I highly doubt that CC would happen by Dec 2013. Your thoughts ? Is there any google group for Astoria buyers ?

Thanks,
Bhavik
