Proposing affiliated package Kanon

Hello,

I have proposed to be added as an affiliated package Kanon, which is library for historical astronomy.

This package comes from the work of the DISHAS (https://dishas.obspm.fr/) project by the Paris Observatory. The use of astropy tries to make the bridge between modern astronomy tools and ancient astronomy models.

I am not sure if this fits the requirements for being an affiliated package due to it not being primarily aimed towards astronomers.
