Introducting Reem Hamraz (GSoC 2026)

Hi folks,
I'm thrilled to introduce Reem Hamraz, who just got officially accepted as a Google Summer of Code 2026 Contributor. Working with Nathaniel and myself, she'll be building and expanding a new layer in astropy's test suite, focused on low-level components rather than the public API. For more details, you can read through the project overline or Reem's accepted proposal.
We're also planning for her to attend next week's dev telecon, so you guys can congratulate her there. Please give her a warm welcome !
