AI Policy for Astropy

The CoCo have proposed an AI Policy for the Astropy project. The PR is here: https://github.com/astropy/astropy-project/pull/530

The comment period is two weeks, running from today (9 February) to 17 February. Please take a look at the PR and give feedback.

There was initial discussion of the need for an AI policiy on this issue: https://github.com/astropy/astropy-project/issues/509
