astropy v7.1.0 feature freeze on 25 April 2025

Hi all,

The feature freeze for v7.1.0 of the core package was originally supposed to be Friday this week, but as we have been late in sending out this reminder, we have decided to set the feature freeze date to 25 April 2025.

There are currently 78 open pull requests for v7.1.0, so please try and wrap up any open pull requests if possible, or re-milestone to v7.2.0 if you are pretty sure you won't manage to wrap up a pull request in time.
