ANN: astropy.samp is deprecated in astropy v8.0.0, use pyvo.samp

When astropy v8.0.0 is released, astropy.samp subpackage will be deprecated. Please use pyvo.samp instead (introduced in pyvo 1.9.0).

Unfortunately, for now, samp_hub command-line interface (CLI) will have name conflict. This is something distro managers need to remedy on their end. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

pyvo 1.9.1 has removed samp_hub command line interface, so the CLI conflict is gone, but also samp_hub CLI is now deprecated. Please use "python -m pyvo.samp.hub" . Thank you for your understanding.
