Location of 2024 Astropy Coordination meeting

This is a straw poll for the next location of the Astropy Coordination
meeting.
We're asking the community for input, but this is not simply a "majority
wins" poll since more coordination needs to be done to check
availability of rooms, cost, the Lorentz center is an application
process, etc.

The CoCo and the SOC will investigate locations based on the results of
this poll.

Hi,

it only takes 2 min to indicate your preferred location and we're
looking for a SOC meeting to see how we proceed, so I'm moving the
deadline to 1 day EARLIER:

Please vote BEFORE HE END OF THE DAY MAY 14th.

Also, since I sent that out initially, other locations in Europe have
been suggested. I don't want to re-open the poll from the beginning (I
always said that this is a straw poll to gauge interest, since it's too
early for anyone to commit firmly to attending a location without a set
date); I think the important decision is Europe vs Canada vs Hawaii.

In the poll, it says "Leiden", bunt that might be substituted by a
different European city. The Lorentz Center in Leiden has an application
process for meetings and very early deadlines, so depending on details
of that, we might chose the different location in Europe, which has the
same considerations for travel/visa.
