Hi,
Astropy coordination meetings are annual meetings where people involved in the project get together, discuss the status of Astropy, plan for the future, and sprint on code, roadmaps, and other material. See [1] for the 2022 notes as an example of what's covered. Anybody involved in Astropy in some what is welcome to attend.
In the 2022 Astropy coordination meeting we decided that the 2023 meeting should be in hybrid mode [1] and be held in spring 2023 in Cambridge, MA, USA.
We send out an initial poll to get an idea on the number of
attendees and rough date preferences a few weeks ago [2]. Based on
that, the SOC has decided on a 3 day meeting, and we now follow up
to select the exact date to make sure as many of you as possible
can attend. If you plan to attend, either in person or remote,
please fill out the following scheduling poll by January 12:
Yours,
Moritz
