Hi:
I'm a rank noobie to this app and I'm getting - for the vast majority of my uploaded files - the error message "this files type is not supported", although ALL my files are .jpg
Can anyone tell me what's wrong? I've been successful with only a very few files!
The only problem I can see is that I edit most of my photos to add clarity to them (eg brightness, contrast, etc).

Hi,
Could you please give a link to an example image? It's hard to know what's going on without an example.

(I would double-check that you're saving them in JPEG (not JPEG-2000 or something else) after editing them for brightness/contrast.)
