Error 500 on upload via URL

Hi,

I'm getting an HTTP Error 500 when sending the following request:

Can someone please take a look? :)

The web service is getting an HTTP Error 403: Forbidden when it tries to download your URL.  It probably looks like a robot to YOUR web server, and is probably getting blocked for that reason.
