I just got an image solved, not that long ago. what happened?

So it worked when I only had one tab of it open, and then, despite only trying one tab, it quit working on me. I love this platesolver, and only installed something offline (which doesn't work as well), because I had to. Can the offline edition of astrometry.net show star names?
