Scripting with Astrometry.net

Hello,

I'm trying to write a script in VB that plate-solves and syncs my telescope. I was going to use Pinpoint LE that comes with maxim dl for this, but a full license is required for this, so as I have astrometry.net installed (using it with astrotortilla), I'm thinking about using this instead.

My question is, does anybody have a list of objects, properties and methods for astrometry.net? How do I create an object for it?

I don't know anything about VB, but in C the program blind/control-program.c is an example program that will show you the C functions to be called.
