precession

Hello Dustin and all,

Although I interface to my telescope through Kstars/Ekos, my Ekos
astrometry module has been broken for some time. Consequently, I've
been using solve-field from the command line which is fine. But to use
the solve-field output in Ekos, I need to precess the J2000
coordinates. So I run a little Astropy script to do that which for
some reason I do not understand itself takes several seconds.

Does anyone have a favorite way to precess solve-field output?
