cpulimit for API mode?

Just discovered the command-line mode of solving using the client.py script. This is GREAT! Thanks! 

One question, is it possible to set the --cpulimit flag when submitting via client.py script? Our images usually solve quickly, or not at all, so the 600 second timeout is too long.

(Our eventual goal is to get astrometry.net installed locally but this will be wonderful in the meantime!)
