AstroImagrJ API broken again!?!

AstroImageJ interface to Astrometry.net broken again:

[2016-08-08T06:53:49.795]      IO Exception during astrometry.net file download for 195130p042752_20160802_023424_2_4874_l_cal.fit : Read timed out
*****PLATE SOLVE FAILED*****

Sorry; I was so happy that it worked again ... I forgot the respond; well today it seem to be broken again :-( ... can we do anything to help you stabilizing this thing ... donating a disk or ...??

Thanks -- it's a software problem... a slow leak, so just hard to track down. I added some code that I hope will catch this in the future...
