Best way to download Annotated image?

Hi,

I'm sorry, I'm sure this has been asked loads of times before, but I can't find it.

Is there a better way (higher resolution) to save the Annotated image, other than to right click on it and select "Save As".

When looking at the annotated image, there is a "fullsize" link for the original-resolution image with annotations.

where the number is the Job ID.
