Does anyone know if the email of MPC to send the outcome of asteroid data works?

Head over to https://minorplanetcenter.net/iau/MPEph/MPEph.html and click "CONTACT" which takes you to https://mpc-service.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portals

Everything you need to know, and much more besides, will be found there --- including "Online Reporting Astrometric Observations".
