Atlas catalogue Index files

A non-urgent query.

I'm working with some people who are using the Atlas catalogue for their astrometry and photometry. However,  I am using the Astrometry.net 5200 Heavy index files - I extract the flux for all the stars used in the --verify solution and, combined with the indicated Gaia G magnitudes, derive a Zp that allows me to calculate the brightness of NEOs/satellites etc.

I am getting some offsets - not surprising given I am working on an unfiltered camera, but hope I might reduce the size of the error scatter if I worked from the same catalogue as them.  

Bottom line: Has anyone generated a set of Atlas Index files? It seems popular these days.
