Extracting list of detected stars

Hi fellow earthlings,

From the FITS files generated after star detection, how can one extract the list of stars that are detected in the uploaded image. 

I need the list of stars along with the position of the star in the image and the stars identification (to find its RA and Dec in the celestial sphere).
