City College offers a range of scholarships for students. This year the deadline for most City College scholarship applications is the first Friday in March. Completed applications must be received in the Scholarship Office, Batmale Hall, Room 366 by 4:00 p.m. on that date.
There are three main categories of scholarships:

Departmental/Organizational/Individual Scholarship Listing with Applications
The Darwin Award is a Select Scholarship that is especially for students interested in Astronomy and related fields. Some information is below.

Minimum Cumulative CCSF GPA: 3.00
Minimum Completed Units at CCSF: 24 units
Minimum Current Enrollment at CCSF (units): 3 units
Transferring, Continuing or Graduating: Continuing at CCSF or Transferring to baccalaureate institution Fall 2011
Amount: $500
Deadline: March 4, 2011
