Hola (English version below),

"Unbiased molecular surveys toward star-forming regions"

Resumen:
Historically, our knowledge of the molecular chemical composition in galactic nuclei has been very limited compared to the molecular richness observed in our own galaxy. In external galaxies, only about 30 species were known at the beginning of the 2000s. Telescopes such as ALMA have enabled the detection of dozens of species beyond our galaxy, marking the rise of extragalactic astrochemistry, with over 80 different molecular species detected (https://cdms.astro.uni-koeln.de/classic/molecules).

In this talk, I will describe the major scientific advances in (sub)millimeter radio astronomy regarding extragalactic molecular survey explorations. The talk will focus mainly on the ALCHEMI collaboration, in which I actively participated during my PhD, as well as on my work as a postdoctoral researcher at the University of São Paulo.

Zoom link (Meeting ID: 830 0222 1733 Passcode: c0l0#Fqu1)

Les pedimos que por favor:

Saludos.
