Making shortcuts to lists and filters in Android

One of Astrid's coolest features is the ability to make launcher
shortcuts to particular lists but it can't be used with gesture-type
launchers like WaveLauncher or Swipepad, nor with apps like Folder
Organiser because shortcuts generated from outside Astrid always link
to the main screen.
I have requested this as a future feature, but I guess it could be
done right now with an app like Manual Intent Shortcuts, if I only
knew the right settings.
Can anyone help?
