lost tasks

to Astrid Power Users

When I opened astrid after a long time of not using it to look ay old
tasks, I found they were no longer there. Can anyone offer advice on
how to retrieve them please?

How long has it been? Has anything happened since the last time you
saw your tasks? Astrid update? New phone? Phone update? Perhaps
showing hidden/deleted tasks, searching for a part of a task title you
remember, or checking for tags would help us figure out what might
have happened.

Joan,

Sorry for this experience. Have you tried restoring from backup (settings -> backup -> restore).

By default Astrid backups your tasks to your SD card on a daily basis. Let us know at sup...@astrid.com if that works for you.

Sync with Astrid.com, Producteev or Google Tasks could also help restore your tasks but if it has been a long time these might not be enabled for you.
