Initialization Error about missing "et_def"

Hi team,

I notice there's an error about missing et_def in current chakra extern.

Seems the simulation has mismatch version problem, this et_def folder doesn't exist in current version.

Please advice how to solve this problem.

You can replay this problem by just go through the installation process of the two 2024 tutorials.
