Small Size packet during Hybrid Parallel Workloads

Dear Astra-Sim developers, 

I notice when running hybrid workloads, there can be a lot of small flows. I want to know why there are such workloads and where does they come from. 

To reproduce this, just simply run any Hybrid Parallel (no matter Data-Model or Model-Data), with NS-3 network backend.
