I create a reseller (basically a customer who wants to see his traffic) with two customers.  The first origination and termination rate was uploaded fine.
When I added a second customer for the same RESELLER it does not upload on the NEW RATE; it seems keep replacing the previous created rate.

I can manually create the rate ONE BY ONE which is too long to do it but cannot import it for the reseller

How can I solve this

The problem is more complicated than I supposed. I check on the database and the rate is fine but the ROUTES  are created with the correct PRICELIST but the RESELLER_ID was ADMIN instead of the new reseller.

How do I correct that ???

Just to clarify the reason I could not see the uploaded rate was because it force you to filter by RESELLER and the reseller (on the ROUTES table) was ADMIN.  The routes were INCORRECTLY loaded

Hello Alex,

Let me explain your scenario with an example: Let's assume you have created one Reseller under Admin and that reseller Rategroup is Default. Now you have to login into that Reseller and create one new Rategroup i.e. ResellerRategroup and assign it to your customer which you create under Reseller. After that go to Origination rates and select ResellerRategroup.

Hope it will solve your problem.

Hemdip:

That is not the issue; I need to assign a TRUNK GROUP for the origination rate and I am unable to do so.

On the other hand; if I create the rate from the RESELLER portal; it ask for ADMIN RATE and only ONE RATE IS SHOWN

Hello Alex,

Flow in Reseller login is like:
1. You have to select the Rategroup of Admin (Usually which is assigned to your Reseller).
2. Inside reseller login > Rategroup you will not have the option to select Trunk because it will use Trunk of Reseller's Rategroup only.

That does not make sense. A reseller could have different rates for each customer / routes.    In fact one can have different VENDORS with different costs and qualities THUS THE LCR.

So basically a RESELLER IS TIED TO ONE TRUNK GROUP and nothing else; ALL THE FUNCTIONALITY IS LOST.

I am sorry but this design does not make any sense. Routes are routes and Reseller Portal is basically an option for a person to see HIS CUSTOMERS/TRAFFIC.

I understand it has to be a CONTROL RATE; but ADMIN should be able to administer the routes/trunk groups does not make to FORCE ONE TRUNK GROUP / TRANSLATION / VENDOR etc etc etc

It has to be some kind of solution; unless you are only interested in CLASS V services this is not useful for traffic unless is very limited operation
