I have enable Fees for PayPal payment when i do make a test payments it continue redirecting me to Sandbox even i do set Environment to Live mood.
However if i set the PayPal live URL https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr to Sandbox Url it works good.
Again the issue with Fees for a test i do set fee enable and TAX 2% but when i do make a test payments the fee not charge to customer.
Is there anything wrong on my settings?
