Dear Support/Concern,
I have been using ASTPP 3.5 on Debian 8 since last 2 months. After a careful observation, I have found that the invoices is being generated in my ASTPP is not correct at all even missing!
I am having issue to the following.
1. Invoices is only available to Admin login under Accounting > Invoices. Whenever I am trying to confirm a invoice from the edit menu, it gives me an error called "TCPDF ERROR: Unable to create output file: /var/www/html/astpp/invoices/11/INV_000022_invoice.pdf"
2. Next, If I go to customer profile from the Admin Panel > Accounts > Customers > Selecting a customer > Invoices from sidebar menu > There is no invoice.
3. Then, I have few customers which has been applied subscription to be charged. Unfortunately, they never been charged even that does not show in the Invoices which has been created under Accounting > Invoices.
4. After that, some of invoices has been charged for subscription though, there is no subscription applied to that customer.
I hope that ASTPP support team/ any expert will take it to their top priority to fix this issue as soon as possible.
