Unable to edit customer account - ver 3.6

Hi Guys - When i click on "edit " to edit customer account the page is blank and even to create a new customer - i dont see the parameters at all! Please help . thanks

Hello,

Go through with astpp nginx access and error log, you should be able to find something there.

Hi - below is the error i see most in the error.log

I had some similar issue and all was about privilege  with the mysql user, and was weird since only 1 thing I was not able to change in the portal.

Try to look around the logs of the mysql, or try to logging to mysql and try to fetch any data from the customer table.

Hope this point to your real issue.

This did not work. - When i first installed it was working fine. then i upgraded and it stopped working.

Hi guys- i reloaded a fresh install on CENTOS 7 and after configuration the same issue , i am unable to see customer details when i try to edit , and unable to create new customer accounts , please advice

Are you installing using the script or manual install?  Are you using the standard MariaDB version that comes with CE7?

Hello,

Nginx error log you have shared was default nginx file log, but astpp creating its own nginx error/access log files.

/var/log/nginx/astpp_access.log

/var/log/nginx/astpp_error.log

Please share what you are getting there when you click 'edit' account.
